In the Making

Vito and Tricia Rosato spent over three decades building relationships with Birmingham's Lakeview community — first through a beloved franchise, and now through something entirely their own.

When the franchise agreement came up for renewal, Vito made a decision: exit the franchise, open under his own name, and finally cook the food his regulars had been asking for all along.

Twice a week, Vito heads to Evans Meats & Seafood on Finley to pick up freshly ground beef — seasoned, weighed, and formed into patties right here. Every burger is cooked to order.
